DFN unit nav to Sept 14 = approx: $14.80

So would need 20 cents tomorrow to make the the cut for distributions. Quadravest may try and fudge the date to gain another distribution for commons.
DFN discount ( rare to see ) is now 19 cents. Gone are the days of 40% premiums...

For a change and if one is willing to roll the dice, DFN may be a better play now than DGS. If it makes the cut, it will likely pop more than DGS.

DFN was 18% cash at AUG 31..... may have trimmed that a bit, altho some stocks have gone ex divvy, so more cash will be added. Not sure when they account for paying out their distributions tho.
