DFN unit NAV to Nov 10 = approx: $14.41

My spreadsheet has DFN gaining about 58 cents since OCT 31 update... so COMMONS have a true value of $4.41 at this point in time. So discounted still about 46 cents or over 10%... investors still with a lot of fear of more rate hikes to come ( or no cuts in the near future) and also the US govt shutdown is still a probability.
