NAV December 14

My spreadsheet is indicating a closing NAV of ~$15.15, comfortably above the payment threshold. The capital shares are now trading a couple of cents above NAV. There is nothing stopping Quadravest from using today's closing value, so even if we were to have huge plunge tomorrow, they could still declare a distribution.

YES!!! That's fantastic, and an early Xmas present for me. Never imagined when I bought, we'd be back so soon to dvidend territory. Congrats to everyone else as well for buying cheap and still holding.
