Wow!!  Someone out there is pretty shabby!   But this NAV looks lot more realistic!  And it means DFN is well over threshold now. Around 15.14 or so, on live basis.

Quardravest made a good call to declare dividend on Friday morning. It turned out that the call was even better because they made an error in calculating the NAV to be $14.80 Friday closing. They anticipated a drop on Friday due to the market over reaction to Tiff Macklen and Jay Power lowering the rate cut timeframe expectation. They have to be confident about the future here to do whatbtehy did or tehy could have called a missed and let it accumulate. I guess they take into consideration they will receive a number of dividend payments in December and January to increase back cash which adds to the NAV thats currently over 15.  I invested mostly in the threes here because I believe in the underlying.
