~$14.77. After accounting for accrued dividends, the premium stands at ~$0.28. We are only ~1.55% below the payment threshold. 

Quadravest must announce dividends at least five business days before the record date. Next Monday would be the fitth business day before the record date, so presumably, they can wait until the weekend and use Friday's closing NAV. Just a couple of solid days would get us to the threshold as 1.55% is very much within reach, especially with quadruple witching coming up on Friday.

There really needs to be a monthly chicken dinner prize for the closest nav estimate.
