Preferred Share Rate Increase

In Sept. 23 both FTN and FFN Preferreds received a Rate increase, does anyone forsee that happening on DFN and DF Preferreds as both currently are lagging the market? Apprecaite any insights.

Almost a given that DFN raises the preferreds at the end of the 5 year term on the SPLIT FUND. I suspect it will get bumped up to around 6.5 to 7% from the current  5.4% on the 10$ value of the preferreds. Still would be below the likes of FFN.pr.a , FTN.pr.a BK pr.a  and LFE preferreds. I do think those will get lowered perhaps in the next year or 2 with interest rates declining.
