DFN has been my Best stock this year.

Almost 100% cap gain so far and collecting 40% Dividend!!

They say u gotta be good to be lucky and lucky to be good.

I think I've been extremely lucky with this one and never expected to be making this much in less than a year.

Still holding all my shares for the dividend and don't care if it doesn't go higher anymore.

Its only a 40%  annual distribution if you get paid every month.. if you bought at 3$ that is not possible.

Hi Mouse I bought @ 3.11 so While DFN has not paid dividends consistently in the last 12 months, If DFN continues to pay 10 cents a share monthly going forward I'll be making 39% dividend.  That's why I keep saying I'll never sell this. If I ever need cash, I'll sell something else or use my LOC but I won't touch this. GL

Thats great.  At 39% return it make sense to borrow at 5% when u need cash.  My average cost is $4.
