Canada and US disconnected?

Tiff says we will get 3% inflation this summer. Jay says "interest rates are ‘likely to be higher’ than previously anticipated". I say Tiff is working hard to save highly indebted Canadians and our over-valued real estate market from imploding further.

I hope not because I'm in the USA today and want to get back home.   But seriously we are due for a divergence. Year over year we will be at 3% inflation.

Canuck peso down another 1% today on Powell's tough stance on inflation. Meanwhile, Tiff will likely wimp out tomorrow sending our dollar below 72¢ to 1 Benjamin. US snowbirds paying dearly this year.

Correction, reverse scenario... 1 Canadian peso now fetches 72 Lincoln pennies

Canada has got to stop this weak loony policy it has ridden like a hor for the last 30+ years, Its driving our country to third world status,  Kissing the yankee butt and servicing the rich as a travel destination. This is a pathectic policy thats is wrecking this country.
