So did even worse than my spreadsheet suggested.
Commons valued now at $6.40 after paying to commons.

I know it has not perfomerd as well as you hoped in regards to capital gains... but are you still optimistic on DGS... I like the diversification and you mentionned exposure to gold as well.. Div yield is ok too ...

Well, its an election year and we know the US and CAD govt do not want a crash. .. with an election upcoming. They massage the statistics  to make them look a little better than they are, then adjust them downward a month or two later  , but the desired pop in the markets is a result. The financials seem particularly susceptible to these manipulations and DGS does not have as much in ...more
