I understand you're digging up positive commentary from analysts and BNN experts, among others, particularly about fundamentals and value favoring the investment thesis for Dream industrial reit.

However,  I would like to point out that doesn't explain why it goes down every day for 4 months straight, and every day of gains subsides before the closing bell to go flat or red. 

Clearly this is in the realm of 50m shares that has sold out

Clearly the  "analysts" are missing something to have this type of dyfunction with the unit price!

I think it's safe to say that with the entire sector in the toilet, most of us on this BB are well aware of how DIR.UN (and many other highly regarded REITs) has performed over the past few months. My point is that there's no need to make slight amendments to your posts and then tell us that half a dozen or more times per day. At least on the AX.PR.E BB, you're pretty much talking to

Just for a laugh, I checked the AX.PR.E BB. Sure enough, after I sent the previous post, garyreins packed up and is back over there banging away against REITs.  Hopefully he stays there.  GLTA

Artis BB has always been my homeground, the other reit forums I just show up when the SP behaves like  a trd.
