This is the last day to buy if you want to receive the dividend. Not that is very big but a pretty nice little bonus know that there is a good chance that this is going way higher..

With the questionable easing of interest rates and the Re-Fi activity, the mortgage brokers must be crazy busy. Their Tech program, Newton is seeing greater adoption. 70% inside ownership???
