this is not the bottom, imo.  This is what happens when you use your stock as currency but value this currency just below sphincter wipe.  Worse, you hand over wheelbarrows of your stock to someone who wants OUT of the industry!   So guess what is going to happen to your alerady depressed stock price... Flush! As stupid as stupid gets.     JMHO

  I don't remember saying anything like that.  I am heavily invested because mgmt had in the past showed a great deal of responsibility and restraint in the fashion they diversified and managed growth.   IMO, they started going off the rails with their "gold rush" fever of overpaying for stores and grossly diluting DN shareholders.  I.E> Valuing DN

Actually my exact thought..cant  be spending more then their making and show profit...diltluting shares to buy stores not good for sharehoulders better off to use credit facility.. where is this going to end...many here down big time.

If you look at the overall dilution it's not that bad,. This company will have income of 25 million a quarter ,  they are diversified and are capturing their market share, the feds will crack down on illegal grow ops and when the smoke clears pun intended D9 will be a contender , look at the gold miners over dilution and lucky to make 20 million a quarter, eventually the mine runs out and
