Cooper is not as smart as he thinks! Just look at the performances of all the Dream Companies. Total disaster!! Dream Impact Trust is almost 95% down since this clown took over a very good company and is running it to the toilet with highly reckless and agresive moves. Looks at the other Dream companies and see the disaster. He focuses on NAV and not AFFO and insiders barely buy an shares.
