RE:down by 50% over 8 monthsLots of reason for 50% haircut:

- overpriced IPO ( they started promote in range  13-16$ and finished with   below IPO first day of trading)

- external managment this company with conflict of interest 

- bad track of performance all Dream ( and before Dundee) real estate company

- tax implication( all distributions come from US resource)
