today's wall street journal

President-elect Donald Trump is planning to issue a broad memorandum Monday that directs federal agencies to study trade policies and evaluate U.S. trade relationships with China and America’s continental neighbors—but stops short of imposing new tariffs on his first day in office, as many trading partners feared.
The Wall Street Journal reviewed a summary of the memo and spoke to Trump’s advisers about it.

If true , this is huge for DRX

Unfortunately Trump just mentioned tariffs on Canada and Mexico in his press conference and stated they will probably start  Feb 1.

He also signed a memo yesterday asking for a review if tarrifs, to report back on April 1st. He probably mispoke about Feb 1st, which wouldn't exactly be the first time.. or unfortunately the last.   https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/ce8jy9j91y5t?post=asset%3A3d64a6c7-1a3b-4990-ac90-46e22274daf9#post

today's Wall Street journal says what is now obvious: Trump wants to renegotiate the the usmca.

Trump would never impose a 25% tariff on Canada period! Just a negotiation tactic to warn the PM to watch and secure the border and no tariffs will be imposed.....read between the lines people.
