While yesterday's AGM ....

Was nothing dhort of a bust......it was valuable in the sense that it proved just how substandard this management team really is. It also showed the lengths to which they will go to obfuscate the reality of the situation. For example: No homologation for the re designed unit. Ask yourselves why that information hasn't been part of normal disclosure in light of their several EU initiatives that are now over a year old.

Don't forget their prized employee! The chief engineer overseeing the TUV testing who jumped ship to join Dynacert. Barely been with them a year and already left. RED FLAG!!!!

s, A good letter but I think you might be jumping the gun on: I would further suggest that in light of the number of re-designs of the unit hardware, the controllers (SMU/ECU) and the software that runs it, that the company should refrain from referencing the testing conducted at UOIT, PIT Group, ICAT and others given that those results are from units that are three or more years old and no ...more

Teddyo,  I stand by the content of the letter. I would welcome any information the company can provide as to the nature of the design changes etc. However, as per Mr. Colin's remarks yesterday, It would appear that recertification is needed.  I have first hand experience in obtaining and maintaining certifications with TUV and CE. New designs required  re-tests and re ...more
