Vote Rigging?

I stumbled upon this article in the Star with alleged vote rigging by another company, which got me thinking about dynaCERT. Several shareholders of DYA seemed to confirm their votes totalled more than the seemingly low number of votes withheld against directors at last years AGM. Additionally, the access code for the AGM hasn't worked for most people, or perhaps anyone, for at least the last two years. Is this part of how they are rigging the votes to protect their board seats?
