Stockhouse

Around March 23, 2024, I posted the following information to Stockhouse.com. Some 10 days later, after receiving over 450 views, the post disappeared. I’m not sure how Stockhouse justifies deleting a verbatim quote from the CEO of DynaCert and can only assume someone must have been concerned about some part of it. Perhaps it was this part - “we have massive sales ahead of us ahh on the books for this year…”

From the IIF forum Feb 21, 2024 - from 23:50 to 25:09

Q: How much revenues and how many units you expect for 2024?

Payne: 2024 we ahh now I am always very very warned you know that we cannot put out aah um statements like that but the reality is aah 2024 we fully fully believe and expect that we will ahh this is the year that we turn a profit - this is the year that we are self sustainable. Ahh it’s interesting right now we need to sell between 150 and 200 units a month to cover our nut. The reality is ahh this quarter we’ve already met that uh and exceeded that and we have massive sales ahead of us ahh on the books for this year…

Wow! Isn't that a different "Story" than the one included in the December "Audited" filings? A person kind of has to wonder whether "someone's?" mouth ran a little bit on overdrive when this answer was given? Will be fascinating to see these 150-200/month unit sales actually turning up in audited reports. See Page 5 of the Financial Statements under ...more

WinterBaron & Educall, Given the timing of Mr. Payne's statement, (Feb 24th 2024) you will likely wait until June before Mr. Payne is forced to confess that those sales he spoke of never materialized.  This is his pattern. He uses it time after time after time. He tells a big story to get investors to part with their cash knowing full well that he won't be called upon to report ...more

Simpliciti1 I don’t disagree with any part of your response. But why bother deleting a weeks old post that has already run its cycle. I’m curious, where would I find transcripts of the IIF presentation. I think you are being very generous suggesting “the DYA/CN arrangement has a bad smell to it.” It stinks to the high heavens!

CN is another in a long list of "Private" comanies to receive monies, no strings attached, from DYA shareholders.  It is a really long list and millions of dollars have been siphoned from DYA to simply vanish and get wiped off the books as unrecoverable.   Pretty much every cent invested by Sprott suffered that fate. Many of the companies were imagined into existence by ...more

I am not quite sure what is meant by your last sentence.  But yes, dynaCERT has lost every penny it has invested in any other entity. Rest assured that Colin and Payne have a plan that will see them personally prosper should CN become successful.  dynaCERT is simply a means to that end, as evidenced by the free use of the facilities and equipment as well as the payment to CN's CEO ...more

i just meant the only achievements by any of the "partner" enterprises was receiving money from DYA.

You can try the IIF website. Sometimes they keep old presentations (videos) around for a while for site visitors to review.  Stockhouse and dynaCERT have a long history of working together in this manner. I can think of no other reason to remove it other than a request from dynaCERT to do so.  My guess is they were seeking to avoid it dominating another cycle.  I find it ...more
