When something gains momentum doesn't it actually move? E has traded between 0.38 and 0.41 for months. Is there an "agreement" for Mr Nilsson to sell his shares at a "negotiated" price? Currently this is an easy play, buy and sell on these small fluctuations, regardless of all the "good" news.

Physicists define momentum as mass x's velocity. Well the latest change in price suggests E is indeed gaining velocity... downhill.

It needs to go down a lot to be equal to the fall of, e.g. su. It probably will follow the market, but with the buyback that reduced the float available in the market, unless people like the Nilsson is dumping his shares, it should out perform the market.

If hi risk penny stocks dont out perform the market why own them? Risk adjusted returns are an essential method of assessing investment returns. If returns equal an index why take on the added risk. Sadly E has not outperformed the Energy index. Buying low fee lower risk Index EMF's would have been a better investment .

They could own them for trading, but the flow has been reduced so much by the buyback that there is not much trading opportunity. You can only trade on fluctuations induced by the general market.

That academic statement sure explains why E trades between 0.38 and 0.41. This level of volatility doesn't come close to any index. If the buy back prigram is half as successful as many on this board claim the price would be much higher.
