CIBC’s Nik Priebe raised his target for ECN Capital Corp. to $3.50 from $2.75, keeping a “neutral” rating. The average on the Street is $4.17.

Just to add: We recently downgraded shares of ECN to a Neutral rating but acknowledge that a favourable outcome from the review of strategic alternatives could prove our stance to be conservative," Priebe said in a note to clients.
