No news is good news?

Well ECN's stock price is up .17 cents in the last two trading days. TD Webbroker has ECN reporting their 2Q results Aug. 9th which is tomorrow. In the last Q1 ECN leadership said they would make an announcement concerning their review of strategic alternatives before releasing Q2 results. So when does that happen Wed. morning?
