Recent Weakness
EFN is settling down after a big move in 2022 (still up 51% over one year). It is priced OK at 14X earnings and decent growth in earnings is expected over the next 24 months. The last quarter was good. We think the weakness stems more from recession and rate risk than anything reported by the company. Recent news has been good and it has seen some broker upgrades, however, it may have a quiet year until the economic picture clears up. (5iResearch)
