From what I can tell, EIF has never divested bad assets? Is this true?

If i remember correctly, years and years ago, they acquired a company named " West tower USA" and it was a pain in the a$$... quarter after quarter. They finally got ride of it and it had an almost immediate effect on their results and on the stock price. That's the only bad asset i can remember.
