Stock drop not a concern

They plan up to 5 reverse split prior Nasdaq listing, still fine.

Will you please stop lying about anything to do with nasdaq. They don't meet the financial requirements (and never will). 30c just around the corner as they have for the past 15 years. For new potential investors, DO YOUR RESEARCH and not just listen to the stories.

Stockprice is not a concern for Nasdaq, many smallcap do reverse split to settlle minimum price concern. They can do any reverse split ratio to fulfill Nasdaq requirement.

If that were the case, then every single company would qualify by simply doing a reverse split sufficient to meet that single item requirement of nasdaq. There are many historical financial requirements presented previously that the company doesn't achieve (and will never achieve). Stop throwing nasdaq listing out when it will never, ever be attained
