I have noticed that Flux Power has lost 18% in stock price in each of the last three days.  They are in the materials handling battery business along with airport equipment batteries.  I started looking around to see why the drop.  I read an article that said sales last quarter were less than expected.  They also reported a small loss for the year.  Now I am wondering if Electrovaya is starting to take some of their expected sales ?  It will be interesting to watch as Electrovaya has said they needed to increase their presence on the West coast.

More likely though the drop in share price is associated with the $100M mixed shelf that Flux Power filed on Monday.

Since FLUX is a direct competitor to Electrovaya I am interested in their sales growth over this past quarter and this current quarter.  Might be a good indicator of which one will come out on top.  I am thinking if FLUX sales growth rate slows a bit and Electrovaya's sales rate picks up that it would be an indicator that Electrovaya is taking FLUX prospective customers.  Just

IF - - FluxPower and Electrovaya are talking to each other, I wonder what about.  They are direct competitors.  I am curious and want to know!  What might be in the works?  Not imediately but long term discussions.......
