Off topic but has the new Capital Gains Tax Impacted Stocks

The new 66% capital gains tax by the Libtards backed buy Jughead. I did see on another thread many large funds are selling to avoid the extra capital gains tax. Thoughts? Also I see the price tracking the NAV. Not a bad thing as it negates anothe equity raise. What are the thoughts on volume? It has been quite a bit higher the last few days with no announcements? Good sign or bad? Experienced I hope you're correct about the raise being priced in. The last few days has been painful to say the least.

ctt...for now I still feel the future raise planned by ENB is priced in.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, the only caveat is that there is a surprise in regards to the pricing but given the qulaity of ENB management, I see that eventuality as having a low probability. The downdraft we are currently seeing is a result of overall uncertainty in the market these days.  At the beginning ...more
