and yet CAP REIT which holds the majority of the  ERES shares is headed in the opposite direction.   I put ERE on a broker DRIP because the shares were trading so far below NAV.   Nice to have a non-energy gain in these turbulent times

Most eyes are on the fed and interest rates.They can spoil the party for lower yielders. That's why it's important for reit's like ere.un to increase the distribution as they did a nice 9%. Gonna be a very volatile year again with war and interest rates.
