Starting July 1st rent increases 2.95%

Starting July 1st the Netherlands aproved a 2.95% increase to rents .... and ERE.UN has been achieving 15% plus on turnovers..... should result in over 5% revenue growth this year ...

Thanks for posting that. ERE is trading very softly lately and quickly went from a 52 week high to a 52 week low, despite not much happening that impacts them. I've been picking up the dip since it's trading at close to 40% discount to NAV right now!
