Really would like to know….

I would love to know the fund manager that has to sell at these levels.
( it actually shocks me that they have jobs if they sell at these levels as opposed to buy ).  I get it tax loss selling.

but if it was my fund manager, and he waited this long to sell.  ( and isn't buying at these levels they are big time fired )

and if it happens to be individual investors that have to sell 50,000 shares at a time and are willing to take that loss for tax loss.  ( you should fire yourself ....!!! )

anyway for me this reit almost 99% rented with a super tight supply housing.
4% rent increasing. ( much higher if tenant is leaving ) turnover.

7.5% yield

Capreit owning 65% of the reit
( 7 + billion market cap )

buy now by Feb. 2024 you'll be glad you did.

Happy buying for those smart value guys that don't think the worlds going to fall apart, because interest rates went up.

I have been doing the same! Buy on this great sale!  Not even worried about this one. Mostly apartments, almost fully rented.  ( super tight under supplied market. )  The fact that cap reit owns 65% it's a no brainer. ( I have to say I'm shocked, but it's come down to this level but also very glad to buy at this level )

Sam here, buying 500 share increments on every .10 cent reduction.. hold for a few years and enjoy the profits... what a steal! Best of Luck to All!
