Shocked that investors selling…

For those super inpatient investors I hope you get rid of all your shares. I will buy them.   ( so sick of these investors / funds that have 0  patience. ).

-- Earnings are good!!   sales of units are selling over estimated value and ramping up.

-- they are just looking at the mortgage is coming up for renewal and 25 and 26.

- by then I think interest rates will be lower plus the amount of sales they have in single units will dramatically decrease their debt..

-  that asset value has stabilized.

-  rents are set to increase by 5+ percent in July.

- super tight rental market

- 7.5 % ( dividend )

- I just don't get it.....( but I've seen this many times before, and I am doubling down on my position )

- very small cap is part of the problem ...
