Better times ahead !!

Nothing happens quick with this reit....

Patience is the way forward...

The price movement is totally depending on how many units they can sell and how quickly...    ( The wild card is if they sell any more apartment blocks ).  ??? 

- other wild card is obviously how quick interest rates come down in Europe.

this reit should have a much higher share price, but investors do not have patience and they're looking for better news, which I believe will happen in the next 2 quarters !!! 

 - just hurry up and wait and drip the dividend...
