 interesting ... who's buying / who's selling? 

there are so many different catalysts  that could push the stock over three dollars a share...   wait and see ..

check costar... there is a report eres made a deal to sell the pf to angelo gordon. doesn't say the price. my guess it is above $4. will try to add more tmrw for sure.

i bought a ton moer at 2.85 and a few more lots at 2.92 near eod. layup trade to $4 canadian in my opinion, plus the divy.

Hey !   Hear anymore about the deal?   Any details besides buying circa for €400 million.    I added more today also ..   funny that they don't publicly disclose... maybe they're restricted to say anything publicly until finalized ? Not sure
