Exceptional management team Scott Moore and Samuel Rasmussen

You two guys were able to do something that few in the industry are able.

The company is bankrupt and since they have not announced any financing the math is simple. They've run out of money.

I'll mark a huge loss here... half a year of Scott's salary but believe me... the first move I'll make is to go short on any company they are appointed.

i know this is just pathetic and funny part is they will go rip off investor in other companies. i really hope some natual cause get rid of this fatty ( i m surprised he can walk and talk and do not explode) and save ppl from losing their hard earned money. never forgive never forget

So they did arrange some financing earlier in the yeat and it was announced. With the permitting milestone and this Lind entity loaning them money as they are and gaining shares of company if I read correctly I wouldn't call it done ...more
