Nice, an insider or two or three have a few bucks they want to put in the company, is this only to generate a release or increase volume a bit?  Yes the company likely needs the cash  but IMO $100 000 is not worth the effort to raise when we need multiples of this............frustrating.  The only other thing I have found more disappointing is the amount of shares dumped, just because the opportunity was presented from the news.

..this is actually pretty bullish news. You are no doubt correct in that the placement is being purchased by an insider or two, and that the total amount of $100K is fairly inconsequential, perhaps addressing a very specific short term cash requirement. Yes this is bullish, more than anything I am just venting.  It is frustrating, as you said the exercise of the warrants should be about done, 10 mil + shares traded since the new year, if nothing else the expiry on March 9 should take care of that problem.  Funny thing about my frustration is that I continue adding to my position at these depressed prices.
