Letter of Transmittal



   New here!! a holder of EXM for quite awhile now,,,,,,stupid question....do we need to fill the 'Letter of Transmittal'???  and i did e-mail exm,, with no response!,,, thanks

Only if you hold your own paper certificate, as I did, you must submit your letter of transmittal along with your paper certificate (leave the back unsigned and blank, do not endorse it).  If you received the blue, about 5 page letter of transmittal, it does tell you everything you need to know.  Fill it in and send your transmital and your old exm cert to the address listed on the ...more
