A cross shareholding between Exro and SEA Electric would really make sense today where at the same time in each company sits one person on the Board of Directors Tony Fairweather Founder & CEO of SEA Electric new in Exro's Board - on the other hand Sue Ozdemir, CEO of Exro new in SEA Electrics Board of Directors.
Only: Before this gets possible SEA Electric has to get a new Exro shareholder.
It would further intensify the already excellent partnership and also promote the development in new business areas in the future.
The same move may also be envisaged with Linama in the future, should Linamar's "e-axle" equiped with Exro's "Coil Driver" bring top results and find a wide interest among the worldwide largest car manufacturers.
It's important for Exro to find and have as much as possible new Tier1 partners for getting a worldwide leading player by their Coil Driver and BCS!
