The PP did not close yesterday

That is why the shorts jumped in, the reason is the over allotment is being processed which will give them over $45 million with the money they already have ....

PP to close on or about the 14th as per yesterdays release i thought it was yesterday too i mis understood what i was reading ...looks like they raised 42 million..
