Starting to look interesting

Technically

The stock first hit $2.64 on January 27th on the way up.

After going on to new highs at $3ish it's been consolidating for 2 1/2 months.

The higher lows at $2.31 on March 20th and $2.41 look pretty convincing.

This is a good foundation for a breakout.

The preliminary indication pre-market didn't scare anyone.

All we need now is volume.

I should have added that the low at $2.41 was on April 5th. The lows were 2 1/2 weeks apart. If it was only a few days it would have been meaningless. Rightly or wrongly, personally I think 2 1/2 weeks is enough of an interval to recognize a higher low. Over the last month of trading, the stock has made 3 consecutive higher lows before rallying. After the close at $2.25 on March 13th, the low ...more

With no news there will not be a bunch of buying.....

Not so sure about that. The market is more often than not unpredictable.  Things happen when you don't expect it. Often "out-of-the blue". Just like Monday.

Monday was just positioning waiting for news. The news doesn't come and the stock backs off.

I'd settle for a solid rumour. ("buy on rumour/sell on news")

New emmission standards out of the White House this morning. Their "wish" is to have 67% of all new vehicle sales in 2032 to be electric vehicles. Not sure how realistic this might be. Where are people going to get all the money to purchase an EV? Maybe from the sale of their Exro shares :-)) But then again maybe the U.S. will become the new Cuba with the majority of the people driving ...more

And, at this point in time, B.C. seems to be leading the charge (no pun intended) to going all electric in Canada. Wonder when the price of electricity jumps? Or do we go into blackouts like California first?

I'll guarantee there will be black outs when this forced EV transition gets traction.. there's no way we have enough investment in the grid to accomodate even 25% EV saturation, let alone 50%.. IMO

Why do you think BC continues to move forward on the Site C dam? It will do for BC what the WAC Bennett dam that was built in the 60's did for the expansion of the Interior of the province.  It was built for 750 million back in the day, and supplies a third of the power to the province....   Why do you think the crazies involved in Politics in BC continue to move forward ...more
