Tamaracktop and slanderous accusations
our basher/pumper states
"If she doesn't file a report by Wednesday at the latest, she didn't buy any."
the press release states clearly
"Sue Ozdemir, the company's chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors, participated in the offering. "
So he is saying a press release has made a false statement and I wager he is wrong

"So he is saying a press release has made a false statement and I wager he is wrong" Very briefly Reporting requirements in any Canadian juristiction are very clear. Any trades by an insider must be reported within 5 calendar days of the trade date. That would have been a bad bet.

So you think they lied in the press release, or maybe just maybe you are wrong about the timeline

Go ahead and wager all you want, TeamEddie, but it's now over a week since the deal closed, and still no purchases reported on Sedi. Canadian regulations call for insiders to report and trades within five calendar days. Slanderous accusations? Basher/pumper??? How can you post so much about something you clearly know very little about.?

So lets get this clear by default you are clearly stating or making the accusation that EXRO lied on a press release - this is clear you say EXRO is putting out false info in press releases that are obviously cleared by a lawyer So my statement would be clearly you are wrong
