There are often times in the market when stocks do things that make you think everybody else knows something you don't.  That scenario can lead to stampedes in either direction, and often does. So let me get this right. Exro hired  National Bank to do the due diligence on the merger, they gave thumbs up on the merger and the valuation. So how is thst you know all about this bleeding yet National Bank could not see this as a bad decision for Exro. Please provide your back up for your comments.

Sorry, I forgot that you have all the due diligence material  that National Bank was provided to base their opinion on. Exro should have just hired JBoom to complete the review. SEA claimed they would have 15000 trucks by 2023 would be selling 8350 to Mevco and 8500 to mack and Hino  By end of Q4 2023 it appears that they had shipped..182   This is 14818 short ..  Mevco was beginning apr 2023 . They have delivered none .  Mack and Hino    There is no minimum Since both SEA and EXRO were both bankrupt if this didnt go National was

hahahaha The only deal they will get with tesla is that Ozdemir might buy a tesla from a local  lot so the head of a EV company doesnt continue to look like a complete moron by not having an electric car. Absolutely should have a  had Tesla , Ford and GM   modded  but  of course these morons  did the hummer and put a  tiny sticker on it.  Wouldnt want people to actually  see the company name.
