Applicant is DPM Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Exro Technologies.

It appears that this Patent Application has been given "Notice of Allowance" according to documents published today at the USPTO.

It is not posted yet in the normal mode/format that I usually find it so I may have to wait for a few more days to see that form of posting. It is stated in a form letter format but I have not figured out how to copy and paste on the USPTO site. i.e. There will be a posting of a formal "Notice of Allowance" and then that will be followed some time later by fees being paid and the issuance of a patent number and then the actual issuance of the patent. (usually some number of weeks -- nothing ever seems to be quick in this process).

In the meantime it sounds good for another Patent on their behalf.
