You will notice that many of Seas main shareholders were given Exro preferred shares even though they didn't have that same position in Sea.  Almost half of the shares issued are preferred even though they only held 2% of there shares in Sea as preferred shares...  My thesis has always been that Seas owners will end up owning Exro as the preferred shares have a higher standing in the

So Johnny, I have been investing for over 50 years, never have I had my brokerage ask for permission to lend my shares out, its in the fine print that they can. Now it is clear you see this going to zero and rightly so based on facts but why would you not take the cash to lend out your shares considering you feel this is going to zero?? On the flip side you state your broker is offering you
