When?

Will Exro be out of cash?

If Exro had paid there suppliers they would have been out of cash already.  I suspect they are very close to out of cash now.   Hence why they are out peddling themselves at this Roth conference...   There will be more dilution by year end....  The non dilutive financing they have fooled you with three times now probably won't even get mentioned but if it does I ...more

reverse split is expensive, they don't have money to do this in the near term 8 mln salary and 12 mln direct operating cost per quarter are inevitable, raise is the earlier, the better, there's no magical wand from the CFO People exit at good news at down trend, so there is no need to wait for good news to raise, it has to be done before mid December

No payments necessary with consignment outsourcing.   R/S? - no point yet really. Unless there is a significant pending contract then I don't see how they are going to manage.

There is a massive advantage to a R/S   right now.  If they do a 100 to 1 all of us can short this  garbage and make 17.82  per share when it tanks back to 18 cents. Can you imagine how bad the warrant holders will be slaugtered even with 50 to 1 .Even at 4 cents   No value until 23v dollars. 100 to one no value to 46 a share,     But But But all ...more

I think your missing the point of why Exro will be doing a reverse split...  Exro needs to raise more funds imminently.  The BS about non dilutive financing is just that BS.  Exro will raise funds the way it has always raised funds   Diluting shareholders....   Sell tomorrow to pay for today, its the Exro way!!!  But at 18 cents and a 600k average volume ...more

I dont think a reverse will help as the stock will tank within hours of the R/S.    No one is going to fall for it.    But luckily management   is still taking millions.  Luckily the company is so broke that no one will sue  and since they are in Canada no one will be charged.   Unless they produce profits they are done. No one is buying the ...more
