FCU - CGN Off-take Agreement
It seems there is a lot of confusion and complaining about the off-take agreement. Here it is.

great deal for CGN, not for FCU shareholders with the FS "do-over". We are basically staring from scratch with regards to development and the CGN earn in funds are gone! JMO
