Trouble is

The SP difference between Nexgen and Fission is so far out of whack there could be no merger unless Nexgen drops $5 and Fission increased by $5.
Their deposits are basically one ore body. One is easier to mine and the other is cheaper to tunnel from China, but for some unknown reason, the center of the earth mine gets top billing. The rationale behind it seems to be the way the market operates these days. Go figure.
