Im tendering

worst case I only get 4% @12

Best case I get rid of it all @12 then buy it back at 8-10

a2bman, you own 3,367,550 shares?   Worst case is that everyone tenders.  To get 4% of the 3,375,000 that will be bought for $12, in worse case, you need to own 3,367,550 shares!
Comment by a2bman on Sep 24, 2024 10:36am
thats not how it works.  you get to tender 4% no matter what
Comment by a2bman on Sep 24, 2024 10:38am
the only way anyone gets more than 4% is if its not fully subscribed.  If only 50% is subscirbed then everyone gets 8% Come on this is a simple prorated allocation

a2bman, go read my first post here.

How do you get that idea in your head?  "4% no matter what"
Comment by a2bman on Sep 24, 2024 10:41am
because every shareholder gets the same option
Comment by CrazyTrader on Sep 24, 2024 10:44am
a2bman, I'm guessing when you tender, NONE of your shares will be taken up.  You just won't have enough.   I'm plan to tender also.  I'm expecting ZERO shares to be taken, and all returned to me.

Guys I think it depends on how they calculate the shares tendered. 1. The calculate your tendered shares based on total shares you own. If so, then if you tender 100 percent of your shares you will guarantee 4 percent if 100 percent subscribed. If you tender 50 percent then you are guaranteed 2 percent. 2. The prorating is bason ONLY on the number of share tendered in total and not based on ...more

waiting still, I believe I'm thinking about #2 in your example.    I still can not understand your #1 example.
Comment by a2bman on Sep 24, 2024 11:18am
No that would violate minority shareholder laws, we all get the same percent if we want it
Comment by CrazyTrader on Sep 24, 2024 12:21pm
wow, I think I finally understand where the 4% is coming from.  Ok, I'm a little slow.  When I finally understood the 4%, and how simple it was....  it brought into question my original thinking.... I had to come back to your post to verify my original thinking.  I suspect it will be #2 also.
Comment by a2bman on Sep 24, 2024 11:13am
that cant happen crazy.  If i send in 4% of my shares I am guaranteed to sell 4%.  Depending on whats subscribed to I could get more if I tendered more. There are minority shareholder rights!
