Here's what I'm going to do if I can....

Tender 1/2 of my shares as soon as I can.   Just to see what happens to the shares I tender, and what happens to the share that are not.

Am I free to sell the shares that are not tendered?
Once I tender, do those shares disappear immediately from my account?
How many shares that I tender will be taken up?
When will the shares that I tender but not taken up be return to me?

I bought Frontera shares at first thinking I could make a quick buck, now I'm in it just for fun, just to see what happens, to learn.

Crazy my brains getting fried.  Just tender and sell anytime, if you want to.  If for some reason there is a restriction on trades it is probably up to transfer agent and the broker to enforce it, not you.  The activity on this stock doesnt look like its going to matter if you cant trade for a few days.  Anyway it doesnt take long.
