I think they got the boards mixed up.  I didn't read the whole thing but looks like a capital pool Corp doing a qualifying transaction with 2 companies that are merging prior to the transaction.

I skimmed through it. It mentions Mr. Galego as being the general council with reference to him being former general council of Pacific Rubiales and CGX. Maybe that's why the PR showed up here.

Yeah, this morning I was dumb enough to get scammed in a debit card cloning scam. I didn't realize that the scammers don't need my physical debit card. They can make their own physical or electronic clone. Got me for $90 USD but only because I limit the amount of cash I keep in that account but they ran my account balance to less than $2. Anyway I'm going full biometric now. Thumbprint ...more
