I wonder what reasons they have besides what was posted , something good  up their sleeves I hope. There's a reason for everything

Yep, agreed. From what Dan said on a recent YouTube video, the last prospectus they had expired (you can see when they last did this a few years back in their news releases). Dan said that there are no plans to do anything with it, that this to have the option to get quick access to capital should a need/opportunity arise. GLTA
