SO my spreadsheet has FFN unit nav gaining .34 since the APril 30th update. THIS IS AFTER distributions and taking into account a 1.33% drop in USD vs CAD.
As far as another offering in the works, i highly doubt they would do 2 so close together, and they do NOT have an ATM program forcing their hands like DFN does.

North American Financial 15 Split Corp. has completed the overnight marketing of preferred shares and Class A shares of the company. Total proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $47-million.
The offering is being led by National Bank Financial Inc.
The sales period of the overnight offering has now ended.
The offering is expected to close on or about March 17, 2021, and is subject to certain closing conditions including approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The preferred shares were offered at a price of $10 per preferred share to yield 6.75 per cent and the Class A shares were offered at a price of $7 per Class A share to yield 19.43 per cent.
The closing price on the TSX of each of the preferred shares and the Class A shares on March 9, 2021, was $10.29 and $7.07, respectively.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company to invest in an actively managed, high-quality portfolio consisting of 15 financial services companies made up of Canadian and U.S. issuers as shown in the attached table.
